1. General Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which services are provided and clarifies the conditions related to cancellations, returns, and refunds. By purchasing, booking, or engaging with any of my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms described in this policy.

2. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of the services I offer—each of which requires dedicated time, expertise, preparation, and in many cases, custom work—all sales are final. I do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
  • Inability to use the service after it has been delivered or initiated
  • Scheduling conflicts or failure to attend a booked appointment

Once a service is purchased or work has begun, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.

3. Service Delivery

All services are delivered as described at the time of purchase or booking. It is the responsibility of the client to review service details thoroughly before making a payment. If additional clarification is needed prior to purchase, I encourage clients to contact me in advance.

4. Quality and Client Satisfaction

Although refunds are not offered, client satisfaction remains a top priority. If you have concerns about the service delivered, you may contact me within 48 hours of receiving the service. While financial compensation will not be provided, I may, at my sole discretion:

  • Offer reasonable clarifications
  • Provide minor adjustments
  • Clarify misunderstandings

Any such accommodations are voluntary and not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations

Because each booking reserves my time exclusively, cancellations or missed appointments do not qualify for refunds. If rescheduling is available, it will be stated clearly in the service description; otherwise, all appointments are final.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event that I am unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, an alternative solution will be offered. This may include rescheduling or providing an equivalent service. Refunds will still not be issued, except where required by applicable law.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By completing a purchase, booking a session, or engaging in any service, you confirm your full acceptance of this Returns & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from purchasing or booking any services.
